Introduction
Health Center of Sinyi District of Keelung
History

Established in March 1, 1964 , the Hsinyi District Health Station was originally situated at the second floor of the Health Bureau. As the Health Station ’ s services expanded and the District ’ s population grew, the original location was too small to accommodate the needs; the Health Station therefore moved to Donghsin Road in July 1978. However, the location is very far and inconvenient, so the Health Station decided to move to No. 69 Hsin 1 st Road on January 6, 1987 by tearing down and reconstructing the old chronic illness center dormitory on the site, with assistance in fund acquisition by the officials of different levels as well as City legislators. On November 20, 1987 , the new building was completed and the Health Station moved in on February 1, 1988 , occupying the first, second, and third floors, with the original inhabitants using the fourth and fifth floors.
